WHAT IS YOGA?

Yoga is the Unity of Mind, Body & Soul.

When people speak of yoga, the first impression they have is usually physical - Get strong, gain flexibility etc, which is certainly not wrong. However, there are more than just the physical benefits. Yoga also brings a series of benefits to mental health. 

Mindfulness - active awareness of our mind, attentive observation to our body and surrounding, it helps us to strengthen our mind and help us to be less vulnerable to stress and emotions.

These are usually the "little things" that we tend to neglect, but changes on these could lead to noticeable differences on our well-being and daily lives.
